If you're thinking about signing up for the Soul Detox, DO IT! It will cause you to dig deep and once you get in there and start to pull things out, your body feels different when you let go of a lot of emotional weight. I felt so much lighter. When I was around my family during the holidays after completing the Soul Detox, I didn't have all the anxiety and worries that I had in the past.
